When I write, I envision a puzzle before me.  The words are my pieces, and I manipulate them, twisting, turning, moving them around until I find the right fit.  And when I do, I immediately know it.  I can almost hear and more importantly, feel, the piece clicking into place.  I write to solve puzzles.  I write because it is my passion.  I write because I don’t feel I should be doing something else.
